1. We hire and reward high achievers
In an age where the majority of recruitment companies are trying to cut back commission schemes and reduce the amount they pay their consultants we take a different approach:
- If a consultant bills $0 – $300,000 in a year they will take home 50% of it.
So $250,000 in yearly individual billings will equate to an annual salary of $125,000 including Super.
- If a consultant bills $300,000 + they will take home 60% of it.
So $400,000 in yearly individual billings will equate to an annual salary of $240,000 including Super.
